We are one of the leading Taxi Car Operators based at Kochi.  We have been catering to our clients for the Last 14 Years to their satisfaction by providing excellent services and value for money. We have exceptionally earned a good reputation in offering the best, prompt and dedicated services to all our patrons from the very beginning. 

 

 

Booking and Payment Procedure

 

Reservation payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid to Driver. Reservation amount will 20% to 50% of the offered rate, it will be vary depends up on the pickup point and Category of the vehicle. Offline and Online options are available for payment. After making the reservation you will receive a confirmation Voucher. All required details will be clearly mentioned in that voucher.

 

Passenger need to make balance 50 % amount when trips starts and balance amount can be settled when the trip finishes.

 

Cancellation policy

 

In case of cancellation of taxi due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons we must be informed by e-mail. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the request in writing and cancellation charges would be as following

 

25 days prior to arrival – Full Refund of the advance paid after Rs 500

20-15 days  prior to arrival - 50% of Advance Amount

15-3 Days prior to arrival – No Refund

with 3 Days prior to arrival  –  FULL PACKAGE AMOUNT SHOULD BE PAID

 

Cancellation / Refund is not available in Festival and Peak Seasons

Pick up Details

 

Driver will be available in Airport / Railway Station Entrance showing Placard on Guest Name.  If the pick up point is any other locations Driver will call on your Phone Nos . If there is any difficulty to find the Driver Guest can call our Pick up Assistance Number or Customer Care Number.

 

Rates Includes and Excludes

 

All expenses related to vehicle like Driver Charges, Road Tolls, Parking Charges are included in multiple days hiring and Transfers. Interstate Traveling Charges, Entry Tickets to any location and Service tips to driver is not included.

 

All rates are fixed, bargaining will not be entertained any circumstances. The seasonal surcharge of an extra 20% on price is applicable in Festival Season / Peak Season

 

KM Calculation

 

KMS mentioned in multiple days Hiring /local/ Outstation usage is as per Garage to Garage basis, means KM reading will be start and ends at High Court JN Kochi City.  Total usage KMS/Time will considered as Garage-Pickup Point-Drop Point – Garage. Guest can calculate approximate KMS usage from our site. If the your traveling places are not included in that pls send us mail.  All transfer / Sabarimala Rates are given as per route, extra usage may be charged separately as per usage.

 

Vehicle Details

 

All of our vehicles are well maintained and driven by full time company employee, uniformed chauffeurs, who speak and understand workable English / Hindi / Tamil. All our vehicles are equipped with comfort and safety features to match the international standards like front and rear seat safety belts, first aid kits. Features for your comfort include Air-conditioning and audio systems.

 

Number of passengers possible in vehicles for Multiple Days Hiring

Indigo/Swift Dezire / Logon / Etios– Maximum Three Persons including Children and Infants

Tavera / Innova - Maximum Six Persons including Children and Infants

Tempo Traveler 12 : Maximum Ten  Persons including Children and Infants

Tempo Traveler 16 : Maximum Fourteen Persons including Children and Infants

Tempo Traveler 26 : Maximum 23 Persons including Children and Infants

Luggage

Top Luggage Carrier will not be available in Indigo/ Swift Dezire / Logon / Etios / Tempo Traveler 12. Dickey space is available in  Indigo/ Swift Dezire / Logon. Normal Luggage can be accommodated inside Tempo Traveler 9/12. Top Carrier will be available in Tavera / Innova with capacity of 35 to 40 KGS ( 4-5 medium suitcases)

Generally passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage. Our drivers will offer hand of help in many cases with your luggage at passenger's discretion.

Number of passengers  including children and Infants must be stated clearly during the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services if their luggage are extremely excess and deemed as unsafe for the vehicle on the road.

Driver Details

All our drivers are licensed, experienced, friendly and well mannered. They are regularly taking guests to all over South India. They are able to take all possible sightseeing in the trip. They will assist you in all activities in Tourist Locations

Normal Driver duty time for Tour packages is 8 AM to 7 PM. It can be changed if needed with mutual understanding of Driver and Passenger. Late night and early morning traveling will not be entertained but in case of emergency passenger can use the vehicle any time.

Drivers able to communicate with workable English/Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam. If there is any communication problem with Driver or General Public passenger can contact our helpline nos any time.

Law & Jurisdiction

For all complaints, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any services offered by TaxiCarKerala.com of Darshan Holidays will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Kerala. Our Costumers and Company has equal right to contact any Local Police Station during the trip if there is a dispute or compliments to be settled immediately.

In case of breakdown/ accident of the vehicle during the Trip, we will arrange alternative vehicle without any extra payment. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
